Meet the team behind dxp print solutions. They are on hand every step of the way to meet - and exceed - all of your printing needs.
Nick – Director
A veteran of the print industry, most of Nick’s 30 years experience lies in the prepress sector.
After trying on a variety of different hats in studio management roles Nick decided he quite liked being the boss, and launched his own reprographics company in 1998. Four years later, he created dxp print solutions with Spencer.
Away from the worlds of print and work, Nick enjoys golf, likes to try staying dry while paddle boarding and loves a cold beer in a sunny garden.
Spencer – Director
Like Nick, Spencer has been involved in printing for many years. After leaving school at 16, he started as a pre-press wet proofer, completing his apprenticeship five years later and setting up his own company in 1997.
In 2002 Spencer combined his experience and talent with Nick for dxp print solutions.
Outside of work Spencer likes to stay active, and thoroughly enjoys running, cycling and open-water swimming. He may or may not be slightly obsessed with Land Rover Defenders…
Sam – Production Manager & Pre-press Trainee
It might sound odd to list Sam as a trainee, given he joined us in 2009, but it’s true!
He started his career on the guillotine (not the nasty French device) before moving onto the press, and he can currently be found in estimating, production and pre-press. Sam’s always there to lend a hand across our departments wherever he’s needed.
When the work is done, you'll find Sam playing and watching sports including football, golf and darts.
Ben – Finishing Manager
With more than 25 years experience in all aspects of print finishing Ben is a key player at dxp print solutions.
His attention to detail is second to none and he’s among the many key factors that enable us to produce the high-quality products we are so proud of.
When Ben is not weaving his special blend of magic with pieces of paper, he enjoys a spot of Kung fu with his son and shooting clay pigeons. PULL!
John – Litho Press Operator
With 12 years experience at dxp print solutions under his belt, John is a highly skilled, conscientious machine minder with a great eye for colour. He loves a challenge and dreams of Grey solids!
In his spare time, he enjoys kite surfing and loves to party.
Pete – Warehouse Operative & Driver
Like every member of the dxp print solutions team, Pete is an essential cog in our machine. He is always keen to help in most warehouse roles, and if we could bottle his enthusiasm, firms would be lined up around the street.
Away from the warehouse, Pete likes to relax by working on his allotment, or hitting the roads on his bike... Anything, as long as he's not sitting still!

Maureen – Accounts
With nearly 105 years in accounting she loves nothing more than paying bills and chasing payments......Oh and making tea!
In her spare time, she likes gardening and nagging her husband.
